To keep everyone as safe as possible and in accordance with our agreement with Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter, the COVID19 guidelines for the above event are as follows...please note these maybe subject to amendment should policy or guidelines change either from Warner Bros. Studio Tour London or NHS England.

On the day 

Please could all attendees carry out a rapid lateral flow test (Order coronavirus (COVID-19) rapid lateral flow tests - GOV.UK www.gov.uk) on the morning of November 25th 2021 and only attend if that result is negative. In the case of a positive result, please contact us as soon as you are able.

On the night 

You will be able to ‘check in’ to the event upon arrival using the NHS Covid app.

Please bring a face-mask to wear at the start of the event in the areas open to the general public  This will include arrival, venue security and the welcome reception where members of the public may be in proximity. 

Temperature checks will be carried out upon arrival as you proceed through venue security and this is a standard procedure for all visitors to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London.

For the remainder of the event, mask wearing is then optional, and masks may be removed as soon as attendees have entered the exclusive event areas and/or whilst eating and drinking.

On the stage during the ceremony, there will be antibacterial wipes for the microphone and hand gel should these be required and there will also be some social distancing measures in place.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter have rigorous cleaning schedules in place for your reassurance and staff will remain masked throughout the event.

Please support these efforts by using the hand gel available in the public areas and during the tour where appropriate.
