Important update - Restrictions in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and England may mean that classes in your local area are not running in-person at the moment. So that you and your child can continue to enjoy the many benefits of children's classes there may be online classes available and this information will be on the local class pages found in our search. It's best to check with the class teacher too.

Q. Do I need to advertise on What's On 4 Kids to enter the awards?
No, you don't but you do need to set up an account as the awards nominations and registrations are managed here. And remember you can list one activity/class for free on What's On 4 Kids so why not do this!

Yes, as long as you are eligible for an award category you can enter as many categories as you wish.
Q. Is there a fee to enter the awards?
We had to introduce a small admin fee 4 years ago to ensure the continuation of the awards. This is either £24+VAT or £59+VAT depending on the award category. And our community awards can be entered for free. There is no charge to be considered for the Children's Activities Hall of Fame.
Q. Oops, I've registered for the wrong awards category, can I change this?
Yes, please contact us and we'll switch you over.
Q. I'm not sure which region I should enter in the Activity Leader/Business Manager category.

Q. The number of activity leaders I have change, when should I count them from?
Please use the number of activity leaders active as at 1st January 2021 to determine the award category you should enter.
AND please note that the number of leaders is nationwide, not in a franchise territory. If you are part of a franchise please contact your franchise head office to decide which leader category is right for you and it may be that the head office enter on behalf of the whole network.

Q. What information do you need for the judged award categories and when will you need it?
If you have entered a judged awards category we will be in touch with you once voting has opened to ask for further information needed for the judging.
Yes, it's a fabulous event and a great networking opportunity plus all finalists receive a certificate so it's definitely worth it. If there are unforeseen circumstances then you can nominate someone to represent you as long as this is before the guest list cut off.
