Just get your ClassBiz/SwimBiz/DanceBiz key and add it to your profile in your What's On 4 Kids account.
Now all your What's On 4 Kids listings will have your 'Book' button and your online bookings appear here - parents can then book straightaway in exactly the same way they would on your own website.
Parents are still booking with you directly and pay you directly - no different to what happens normally.

Q. Does this bookings integration cost me any more?

There is no extra charge from What's On 4 Kids or ThinkSmart for this
service. You just need to have a yellow, blue or red subscription on
What's On 4 Kids and an active ThinkSmart subscription. That's right, NO COMMISSION!
Q. Are parents still booking directly with me?
A.
Yes, parents are booking directly with you and any queries are directed
to you. What's On 4 Kids has no involvement at all in the booking or
payment - it will happen exactly as if they were booking on your own
website.
Q. I'm not a ThinkSmart customer can I still include my online bookings?
A. You can add your online booking link to each listings if you have a yellow, blue or red subscription and this will redirect parents to your own website. The online bookings won't be integrated into your What's On 4 Kids listings as they are with ClassBiz.
All you need is your key which will look a bit like this C36E9B76-C68D-4561-B75F-2Z86CF75FBE7
>> login to your ThinkSmart account
>> click on set up > miscellaneous > other
>> copy the API Key
Then add this Key to your What's On 4 Kids profile.
>> login to your What's On 4 Kids account
>> go to your Profile page
>> enter your key
>> you can then tailor your ClassBiz/DanceBiz/SwimBiz profiles if you want to!
All your What's On 4 Kids listings will now have a 'Book' tab and your online bookings are ready to go.
