BOOTCAMP - Adult only, non pre/post natal

- Babies and children are welcome to join in.
- You must bring an exercise mat and water.
- All classes are socially distanced and covid safe.
- Hand weights and resistance bands will be used during the class, however they are optional. You are also welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer.

She has years of almost 10 years of experience with postnatal and pregnant women. With 2 small children and years of experience teaching pre/postnatal women, you can be sure you are in safe hands.
