Little Fizz offers joyful, child-led music, movement and sensory play for babies, toddlers and preschoolers, created and delivered by founder Lizz with over 20 years’ experience in early years work. Each session is thoughtfully planned to support children’s development while allowing them to explore at their own pace in a calm, nurturing and playful environment.
Little Fizz is known for its original songs, immersive themed learning environments and a bespoke approach that responds to each group and each child. Sessions support confidence, communication, coordination, social skills and emotional wellbeing, while remaining fun, relaxed and pressure-free. Familiar songs and routines help children feel safe and settled, while new activities spark curiosity and imagination.
Inclusion sits at the heart of Little Fizz. Classes are designed to be accessible for children of all abilities, with activities easily adapted to suit different needs, learning styles and stages of development. Families are encouraged to take part in ways that feel right for them, whether that means joining in fully or observing quietly until ready.
Parents, grandparents and all carers are warmly welcomed. Grandparents may attend alongside parents as an additional adult, or bring their grandchild independently. A chair is always available, activities are suitable for all ages and abilities, and gentle practical support with grandchildren is offered where helpful. Many grandparents value the opportunity to share meaningful time together in a welcoming, supportive space.
Little Fizz is more than a class. It is a community where children and families feel seen, supported and included, and where learning happens through joy, connection and shared experience.
Little Fizz offers joyful music, movement, sensory and creative play for babies, toddlers and preschoolers, all woven together in a calm, child-led way. Each session invites children to explore at their own pace through songs, movement, props and imaginative play, with no pressure to perform and no expectation to sit still. Children are encouraged to join in in ways that feel right for them, whether that means watching quietly, moving freely, or gradually building confidence over time.
At the heart of every class are original Little Fizz songs, written by me and designed to be simple, catchy and meaningful. Familiar songs create a sense of security and belonging, while repetition supports learning and development. Families often tell me how much their children love singing the songs at home; all Little Fizz songs are available to download from music stores, so the experience can continue beyond the class. Simply search Little Fizz.
With over 20 years’ experience, my focus has always been on creating a welcoming, inclusive space where families feel comfortable, supported and connected. Activities are designed to be accessible for children of all abilities and stages of development, and can be easily adapted where needed. Inclusion is built in from the start, so no child or adult ever feels singled out or out of place.

Every child is valued as they are, every family is welcomed, and each session is carefully shaped to feel nurturing, playful and full of warmth, making it a truly special shared experience for children and grown-ups alike.

Meet Lizz Mullen
🎶 Hi, I’m Lizz - founder of Little Fizz
I’ve spent almost 20 years building my multi award-winning classes from the heart, combining music, movement, and sensory magic to support babies, toddlers, and their grown-ups through joyful, meaningful experiences. Little Fizz welcomes Parents, Grandparents and all carers are welcome - if you'd like to bring an additional adult with you you don't need to ask.
💜 With over 33 years of experience working with children in various roles including nanny, SEN Support Worker, Teaching Assistant and Qualified Children’s Librarian. I’ve seen first-hand the power of music to bring people together, support early development, and create lifelong memories. I'm also a mum of two, and I know how important those early years are.
✨ I’ve written every Little Fizz song myself - each one is catchy, playful, and designed to boost learning. You can download them to sing along at home, in the car... or jumping in puddles!
🏆 I’ve been honoured with 8 National Awards, including a 2024 Remarkable Achievement Award from What’s On 4 Kids UK and Best Independent Children's Business in Wales 2022 with Wales Children's Activities and Services Awards.
🏆 I am especially proud of a unique National Award won in 2021 with Wales Children's Activities and Services Awards - this was "Triumph Over Lockdown". Little Fizz was the first baby and toddler class in Wales to restart following 2020 COVID 19 Lockdown despite significant and unprecedented professional and personal challenges.
🏆 In 2025 I was Finalist for Diversity and Inclusion Champion UK"Diversity & Inclusion Champion" with What’s On 4 Kids UK a huge recognition of the inclusive, welcoming ethos that’s at the heart of everything I do and everything I value.
