At Inversion we're offering a junior aerial hoop course suitable for ages 7 and up!

Aerial Hoop is a fabulous circus apparatus in which the student learns beautiful manoeuvres and shapes whilst suspended in the air in a large metal ring. It provides the perfect frame for an endless variety of balances, transitions and routines that will help to increase flexibility, strength, confidence and make new friends along the way.

Inversion’s junior beginners aerial hoop courses are suitable for complete beginners or for those who are just learning and perfecting the basics, between the ages of seven years or above. No level of fitness is required. Over the 3 weeks students will learn how to mount the hoop, dismount the hoop alongside the basic positions and transitions.

For your class: Please arrive 10 mins early to ensure you have time to get changed etc. It is very important that you do not miss the warm up!
