Swimming is one of the most wonderful experiences you can share with your child and also offers them a key lifesaving skill!

Here at Puddle Ducks Norfolk & Suffolk we offer two key swimming programmes; Baby & Preschool and our Swim Academy lessons. Each is tailor-made to give your child confidence in the water and to teach them the technique to grow and become strong swimmers.

Our Baby & Preschool programme (for children aged 0-4 years of age) teaches children to be happy and safe in the water. Our lessons provide the perfect bonding experience between you and your little one in classes that are small and nurturing. Many of our swimmers achieve 5m or 10m of independent swimming before they even start school. Our Baby & Preschool classes take place in Norwich (Dunston Hall, Recreation Road Infant School, Harford Manor School), Sculthorpe (near Fakenham), Hadleigh and Levington.

Our Swim Academy classes (for children aged 4-10 years) teach children how to swim beautifully and efficiently, as well as developing essential water safety and lifesaving skills.
Many of our Swim Academy students go on to swim for organised clubs and take part in competitions – you never know, you might have a future Olympian on your hands! Our Swim Academy classes take place in Norwich (Dunston Hall), Hadleigh and Levington.
