Friendly, beginner-friendly karate classes for children, teenagers and adults at St Paul’s Parish Hall in Arnos Grove. Children can attend independently, or parents and children can train together.
Students develop confidence, fitness, discipline and practical self-defence skills in a welcoming, supportive environment while learning authentic Goju-ryu karate. No previous experience is needed, and the first taster class is free.
Opportunities to grade, enter competitions, attend holiday camps, workshops and seminars with our partner sensei from Japan.

Classes run during school term time. All instructors are DBS checked, insured and trained in first aid and safeguarding. Kaishi Karate School is affiliated to Karate England and has attained the Safeguarding Code in Martial Arts.

Meet Sheena Amin
Sensei Sheena Amin is the owner and Chief Instructor of Kaishi Karate School and a 3rd Dan black belt. She has trained with leading Western and Japanese instructors in both the UK and Japan.
Sheena is passionate about helping children and adults develop confidence, fitness, discipline and practical skills through traditional Goju-ryu karate. Her classes are friendly, encouraging and welcoming to complete beginners as well as experienced students.
