Description

WKMT offers one-to-one piano lessons for children and teenagers aged 4–18 at our London studios in West Kensington, Camberwell and Bermondsey.
Our piano teachers tailor lessons to each child’s age, experience and pace. Beginners explore rhythm, listening and the keyboard, while developing pianists work on technique, music reading, repertoire and musical expression.
Whether your child wants to play for enjoyment or work towards exams and performances, we help them develop a structured, personal approach to learning. A first trial lesson offers an opportunity to assess readiness, meet a teacher and discuss the most suitable next steps.

Digital Resources

Explore WKMT’s online collection of articles about piano learning, practice, technique and musical listening. Parents can find ideas for supporting children’s musical development, while students can discover repertoire and learn more about composers and pianists. These resources complement individual tuition and provide further reading between lessons. Listing website link: use your children’s piano lessons page, rather than the homepage. Digital resources link: use the WKMT blog. The copy is based on those current WKMT pages; I’ve avoided promising downloadable materials, an app or a children’s digital course.
