Meet Sarah Addelsee
I am a qualified teacher, Early Years specialist, wellbeing and mindfulness practitioner running nature-based art and craft sessions for toddlers across Penge, Beckenham, Thornton Heath, and surrounding south-east London postcodes. After years in education, I started my Nature Makers classes to give young children and their carers a calm, grounded space to explore creativity without the pressure of producing a picture-perfect result.
My toddler sessions prioritize process over perfection. Children are encouraged to explore natural materials, get messy, and develop their fine motor skills and curiosity at their own pace. For parents and carers, it is a chance to step back, enjoy a bit of breathing room, and let someone else handle the cleanup.
As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult, I aim to make every class low-pressure, inclusive, and welcoming for all minds. You will find a friendly, sustainability-focused environment where you and your toddler can simply turn up, slow down, and create together.
