Bar & Beam with Star-Tastic Gymnastics
Ready to level up? Our Bar & Beam classes focus on strong basics and beautiful form—think mounts, casts and circle work on bars, plus walks, turns, jumps and acro builds on beam. Sessions are coach-led, positive, and progress-driven, with clear goals and certificates to celebrate achievement.
Perfect alongside a general gymnastics class, or as a specialist session for athletes who love apparatus work. Small groups, experienced coaches, and loads of encouragement.

🤸 What to Bring to Class
To make the most of every session, please ensure your gymnast brings:
Clothing: Star-Tastic T-shirt or leotard, with suitable sportswear such as shorts, leggings or tracksuit bottoms.
Water Bottle: A filled, named water bottle to stay hydrated.
Medication: Any required medication in a clearly labelled bag, to be handed to the coach at the door.

Free parking is available at Rosebery School
👀 Parent Watching – Rosebery School
For safeguarding reasons, parents and guardians are not permitted to remain inside the building or sports hall during gymnastics classes at Rosebery School.
Parents are welcome to wait outside the building or in their vehicles while their child enjoys their session.
⭐ Mini Stars Classes
Parents accompanying their child to our Mini Stars classes are welcome to remain in the gym to support and encourage their little gymnast throughout the session.
