Kids Rule Play Café is a family-run play centre in Heath Hayes, Cannock, created to give children a safe, exciting space to play, learn and make memories – while parents and carers can relax with good food and drinks.
We offer so much more than just soft play! From a baby and sensory area for the youngest visitors, to role play bays, crafts, disco fun, a 3-storey soft play frame and even outdoor sand and water play, there’s something to capture every child’s imagination. We also run SEN-friendly sessions, a Down Syndrome support group (Trisomy & Me) and Twins and Multiples group, so all families feel welcome and included.
Every visit you will receive a warm welcome, a safe and secure venue, and plenty of space for children to play and grow. Expect laughter, adventures, themed events, parties, and freshly made food and drinks from our café. Every visit is designed to be a positive experience for both children and their grown-ups – with community and inclusivity at the heart of everything we do.
At Kids Rule Play Café, we offer: Play for all ages – from a dedicated baby and sensory area to a 3-storey soft play frame, role play village, disco/craft room, and outdoor sand and water play. Parties & Celebrations – exclusive hire or classic party packages with food, fun, and no stress for parents. Community Support – regular groups including SEN sessions (no upper age limit), Twins and Multiples, and the Trisomy & Me Down Syndrome group, with siblings always welcome. Inclusive Events – seasonal activities, character visits, workshops, and themed days throughout the year. Family Café – freshly prepared hot and cold food, drinks, cakes, and snacks, with options for children and adults. Everything we do is designed to support children’s development, give families a welcoming space, and create memories together.
Kids Rule Play Café is fully secure with a staffed entrance, so families can relax knowing children are safe. We provide highchairs, baby changing facilities, and accessible toilets, and pushchairs are welcome inside.
Our café serves hot and cold food, drinks and snacks for both adults and children, with options available for dietary requirements.
Safeguarding is a priority. Management are DBS checked and first aid trained, and all staff are trained in safety procedures to make sure children are well cared for during their visit.
We run inclusive SEN sessions (with no upper age limit) and community groups such as Twins and Multiples and Trisomy & Me (Down Syndrome group). Siblings are always welcome.
We also host unforgettable birthday parties and seasonal events, and every visit includes a guaranteed table for your family so you can play and eat comfortably.

Meet Sharna Hann
I’m Sharna, mum to Bobby and Charlie-Rae and the owner of Kids Rule Play Café. With the support of my husband Jon, I turned our dream into a family-run play centre that’s rooted in inclusivity, community and fun.
Our journey through IVF and family life inspired us to create a safe, exciting place where every child is celebrated for who they are. We’re passionate about making Kids Rule a space where families feel at home – with play, food, parties and support groups all under one roof.
