Hi, I’m Kate, Company Director of Theatretrain Bedford, a leading performing arts school in Bedford. My role is to ensure every child enjoys high-quality, professional training in drama, dance and singing in a fun, creative and supportive environment.

I trained at the London College of Dance (BA Hons) and continued my studies at the Roehampton Institute, gaining a Diploma in Ballet Studies. My career has included lecturing at respected institutions such as London Studio Centre, alongside running successful dance schools across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

I founded Theatretrain Bedford in 2000, and for over 26 years we have been proud to deliver exceptional children’s performing arts classes in Bedford. As one of the longest-established centres in the Theatretrain network, we have nurtured hundreds of students, helping them grow in confidence, creativity and performance skills.

Watching our students flourish is the most rewarding part of what we do. My team and I are passionate about supporting every child, creating an environment where they feel encouraged, inspired and able to reach their full potential.
