INFANT MASSAGE (suitable for parents with a baby from birth to pre-crawling stage) - Spend quality time bonding with your baby - understanding their non-verbal communication, promoting relaxation and sleep, whilst learning life-long skills to use at home to provide pain relief and aid colic, reflux, digestion issues, congestions, colds and teething.

Bonding With Baby creates a safe, supportive and nurturing space for new parents and babies in their first year. Courses are baby-led and encourage parents to respond to baby, as you would at home, including feeding, changing, soothing throughout our 90 minute weekly sessions. Developing over the 6 sessions, alongside practice at home following your Parent Handbook, gives you the confidence to use the programme independently at home for years to come, with many benefits for parents, as well as babies.
