A. Anything to do with your account and class advertising on What's On 4 Kids!

Including:

    ✅ Cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription

Q.  Is there a cost for the concierge service?

A.  Nope!  The concierge service is free and just part of being on What's On 4 Kids.

We know how busy you are and want to give you more time doing the things you love - and less admin!

Q. Do you charge a commission?

A. No!  We have a fixed monthly (or annual) subscription.  You don't pay a penny more.

Q.  How will parents and carers find my class information?

A.  There are quite a few ways!

😄 By searching in their area on What's On 4 Kids.

😄 By being automatically matched in their What's On 4 Kids member account.

😄 By your class listing page on What's On 4 Kids being displayed in a Google Search.

😄 On the What's On 4 Kids social media.

Q. How do I update my class information

A. Just login to your account, go to your listing and click edit

OR - you can ask us to do it for you!  Just send a Concierge request to us!

Q. My class information isn't showing when I search?

A. This is very likely because you've added or updated your details and your listing is in moderation.

This usually takes less than 24 hours.

The other reasons could be that you're using our show from or show to dates.

But if you're not sure just send a Concierge request to us and we'll check this out for you.

Q. How do I cancel or change my subscription?

A. Just login to your account and go to your subscription page.  You can cancel, downgrade and upgrade from here with one click.

Q. How do parents book a class with me?

A. With all our subscriptions you can add a book button with your own booking link.  

If you are a ThinkSmart Software customer you can put your bookings directly on What's On 4 Kids.   You just need a key from ThinkSmart and we can ask them to send that to you with the concierge service. Find out more here.

Q. What are boosts and how do they work?

A. You can use your boosts to be promoted to the top of the search results.  Each boost lasts for 3 days.

Every subscription has some boosts included every month.

Just login to your account and go to your listings page to use your boosts.

Q. Are there any hidden extras that I might have to pay for?

A. No!  All our listings come with everything you should need. 

The only extras are when/if you grow your business significantly.  You can then Upgrade to add more venues or to add more activity categories as you expand your locations or as you expand your range of programmes.
