Baby Sensory classes are designed to give your baby the best start in life through carefully created activities that stimulate the senses and support early learning and development. Each Baby Sensory session is backed by a detailed lesson plan that guides everything your baby touches, sees, hears, smells, and feels.
Our classes introduce simple and practical ideas for creative play, baby massage, tummy time, movement, visual development, textures, scents, and music. These activities can be easily repeated at home, helping parents support learning outside the class.
Baby Sensory uses a unique mix of original and traditional baby songs and rhymes to encourage early speech and language skills. Sensory signing activities help you and your baby communicate from birth, building confidence and connection.

Meet Lisa Lampkin
Hello I am Lisa and I am incredibly excited to be taking management of the Baby Sensory Wigan and St Helens classes. I am looking forward to meeting all of you in class. I have been in education for most of my life and find it very rewarding sharing my knowledge with others. I studied at university and whilst there completed a module in Science communication (a teaching module) which I thoroughly enjoyed. My plan was to enrol onto a PGCE teacher training course, but I got the amazing news that I was pregnant. Whilst in education I worked as a personal care worker to my severely autistic brother. This was a challenging but very rewarding job which required a lot of patience and a caring nature. I have fond memories of when my brother and I were young attending sensory rooms. The pleasure and joy he got out of the sessions were incredible. Since having my son Elijah, I have never been happier, and I attended Baby Sensory classes where we both had an amazing time. Seeing him develop so much in his first year has been extraordinary and I firmly believe the Baby Sensory classes have played a vital role in his development. The classes also allowed me to chat to other parents who were in similar positions as me, as motherhood can sometimes be quite isolating. Having Elijah has made me extremely passionate about early learning and development and seeing the delight on both the babies and parents faces at the classes brings me so much joy. Having completed my training and shadowing classes I will be taking over in September after the summer holidays. They will be running in Rainford, Rainhill and Pemberton. I am so excited to see you and your babies in class and it will be my privilege and pleasure to take them on the Baby Sensory journey in their first year of their wonderful lives. Lisa
