I’m Triona, mummy to Big E (7), Little E (3) and Littlest E (1)! Yes, all their names start with E and it gets very confusing, especially for my husband!

I have always loved being in the kitchen. As a child I spent a lot of time with my Nan and family friends baking and cooking, I still remember the recipes they taught me and use them to this day!

When I had children I wanted them to experience and love cooking as much as I did. Big E is more of a baker and loves making cakes and cookies. Little E loves to help with preparing and cooking dinners. Littlest E is just starting her journey in the kitchen and currently loves making a mess!!!

When lockdown was announced in March 2020 I had to close my cookery school franchise as I was unable to run face-to-face cookery classes. After a couple of months not working I needed something to keep my brain busy so The Cookery Cabin was born.

My ultimate aim is to run face-to-face cookery classes for all ages, including us adults, in #kent. However, with the unpredictable nature of COVID-19 this is currently on hold until we can safely meet face-to-face.

In the meantime I launched our baking kits on 1 November and have been overwhelmed by your support in the lead up to Christmas.
