Baby Sensory classes are designed to give your baby the best start in life through carefully created activities that stimulate the senses and support early learning and development. Each Baby Sensory session is backed by a detailed lesson plan that guides everything your baby touches, sees, hears, smells, and feels.
Our classes introduce simple and practical ideas for creative play, baby massage, tummy time, movement, visual development, textures, scents, and music. These activities can be easily repeated at home, helping parents support learning outside the class.
Baby Sensory uses a unique mix of original and traditional baby songs and rhymes to encourage early speech and language skills. Sensory signing activities help you and your baby communicate from birth, building confidence and connection.
If you can't come to us - we will come to you!! To help keep you safe and supported during this critical time we are taking our service ONLINE! We will be running classes live in your living room, bringing our amazing sessions to you from our ‘virtual’ classrooms... you’ll even still get to chat to the other attendees too!
Welcome to our magical world of sensory learning, wonder, exploration, and extraordinary delights! Baby Sensory offers a world full of exciting experiences which give everyone a wonderful wellbeing. Activities and experiences vary weekly, there is always something new. The developmental play session is a perfect time to socialise and build up relationships with other parents and babies. The classes are suitable from birth to 13 months. Each activity within the session has been designed by Dr Lin Day with evidence-based research surrounding baby development. We use a variety of props such as feathers, chiffon scarves, fibre optic light wands, sparkly pom poms, glow balls, musical instruments, hand puppets and many more. We also have a variety of magical parachutes such as our under-sea adventure and our starry night parachute! Everything we do is backed by over 35 years of expert research in childhood development. So, we’ll always explain what we’re doing and why, helping you make your baby’s first year a truly precious time of learning, fun and sensory exploration

Meet Julie Flook
Hello I have been teaching Baby Sensory over since 2009 and I still love every second of it. I remember the first time I attended Baby Sensory class 2008 with my baby girl. It was so magical, informative and unique. nothing like any Mum and baby groups I've attended before. I was hook! I've seen first hand how Baby Sensory can enrich your family life by meeting new friends, enhancing your bond with your baby, laying down the foundation for learning and development for your baby. I have passion and enthusiasm and love working on Baby's development - and so enjoy the smiles that come from this! I love leading Baby Sensory classes and meeting lots of new babies and grown ups on their new exciting and precious journey together." Come experience the magic of Baby Sensory.
