Since April, WLDT, which was founded by Esta Charkham, has been proudly led by Andy and Louise Watkins, who are passionate about providing high-quality performing arts training in a fun, supportive and inclusive environment.
Our Saturday Theatre School offers exciting classes in acting, singing and dance for young people aged 6–18 years, running every Saturday during term time from 10.00am to 1.00pm.
Students enjoy dedicated tuition in all three disciplines, led by experienced theatre professionals who use drama, music and movement to build confidence, creativity and performance skills. Whether your child dreams of the stage or simply wants to develop confidence, make new friends and have fun, there's a place for everyone at WLDT.
Each Saturday includes three 45-minute classes in acting, singing and dance, with a 15-minute break during the morning. There may also be opportunities for students to be put forward for professional work through our affiliated agency, Esta Charkham Associates, where appropriate.

Meet Andy Watkins
West London Drama Training is renowned for its fun-filled Saturday theatre school, offering engaging acting, singing and dance classes for children and young people aged 6–18 years.
Since April, WLDT has been led by Andy and Louise Watkins, supported by a talented team of experienced performing arts professionals who are passionate about nurturing confidence, creativity and teamwork through the performing arts. Our welcoming and inclusive environment encourages every student to develop their skills, make new friends and grow in self-belief, whether they are taking their first steps on stage or already have performance experience.
WLDT is proud of its strong track record, with students securing opportunities in West End productions, television and feature films, while many others simply enjoy performing, building confidence and having fun every Saturday.
