Description

Sessions cover yoga and biomechanics based movement to help relieve common pregnancy aches (hello back, pelvis and shoulders!). Active birth techniques, embodiment practices and mindfulness to support pregnancy, birth and beyond.

• Techniques that can help increase body awareness and ways into intuition that are science based.
• Biomechanics for birth techniques. It's a way of exploring the structure of your body and how to work with rather than against it.
• Mindfulness in terms of meditation and mindful movement.
• Integrating bits into every day life so rather than being 1.5 hours a week there will be elements you can add to your daily routines.
• Taking care of your pelvis in pregnancy- specific exercises that are designed to promoteTaking care of your pelvis in pregnancy, promote balance, strength and relaxation in all the right places

She's a Doula, Antenatal and Triyoga trained pregnancy and postnatal Yoga Teacher (200 hour YTT) Franklin Method Pelvic Fascia Trainer, Advanced Biomechanics for Birth practitioner and mum of two kids with over 13 years of experience in teaching and supporting hundreds of expectant parents. more info here
