Meet Heidi Boston-Thompson
Hi, I’m Heidi, session leader for Teenie Rockets Epping and mum to a wonderfully lively toddler.
Originally a Teenie Rockets parent and having seen the benefits first‑hand, I knew I wanted to help share that same warmth and magic with other families.
After spending years in the music industry, I’ve seen how music can spark joy, curiosity and connection in people of all ages.
The classes mix music, movement and sensory play to create fun‑filled, engaging experiences for babies, toddlers and their grown‑ups.
It’s wonderful to watch little ones (and their grown‑ups!) light up, explore and grow in confidence in a playful and supportive environment.
I can’t wait to share magical adventures with you and welcome you and your little star to our Teenie Rockets community.
