Meet Katherine Aguirre
Hola, Salut! I’m Katherine and I am bringing Lingotot language classes to Birmingham!
I grew up fascinated by other languages and dreamt of a life speaking to people all over the world. University gave me a taste of living in France and Spain, and this really proved my passion for global languages and cultures. Then after spending ten years in logistics – shipping containers to Europe, Asia, South America, Africa – I realised that with French and Spanish I really could speak to everyone!
Bringing up my own son bilingual shows how quickly children learn – my little Mexican is my inspiration, he’s not even 2 years old and he understands both English and Spanish perfectly.
