Meet Alison Wheeler, Debbie Glazier and Rachel Streeter
Rachel Streeter
Hello, my name is Rachel Streeter and I am the director of Remarkable Me.
Remarkable Me was an art based self-esteem building programme for children aged 8-12 years old & was run for over 5 years across schools in East Sussex.
Throughout those 5 years we helped hundreds of children learn how to overcome hurdles, build resilience & raise their self-esteem.
From running these self-esteem building sessions we had many parents speak to us directly about the fear & concerns their child had about moving up to secondary school & how they wished there was a programme that would support children with the transition to Secondary school.
Our aim is to help as many children around the world feel confident and prepared, mentally and emotionally for the move up to Secondary School.

Debbie Glazier
I have enjoyed 20+ years working with children, young people and their families. Initially, as a qualified nursery nurse (NNEB) I worked across various early years settings before moving on to work in Childrens Services as a family key worker, supporting the whole family and with children aged 0-19. During this time I gained my NVQ Level 4 in working with families with multiple and complex needs and facilitated various educational and therapeutic programmes for both children and parents. My current role as a neurodevelopmental practitioner involves providing post diagnosis support for families and children with neurodiverse conditions such as autism and adhd. In 2019 I completed my BA (Hons) Open degree with a focus on psychology and childhood studies.
I am a nature loving, yoga and dance enthusiast who is passionate about fostering children’s emotional wellbeing and hope that through facilitating the Remarkable Me programmes I can support children to reach their full potential.
