Our baby yoga classes expand the benefits of positive touch for babies and parents alike and is a perfect follow on from baby massage.
Our yoga classes are a wonderful mix of gentle over clothes massage, yoga stretches and movement for babies, singing and sensory play, mindfulness practises for parents and relaxation. In these mixed age sessions we offer options to suit a variety of babies ages and stages.
Baby yoga promotes body awareness, can help babies sleep longer, digest better, it improves motor skills and coordination and aids brain development + many more wonderful benefits to aid babies development and improve overall wellbeing for parent and baby.
Our 1 hour sessions are themed each week and include; songs, sensory play, photo opportunities and a chance to relax and socialise.
Our classes are all baby-led, so if your baby needs to be fed, changed, cuddled or doesn't want to join in at that particular time, that is completely okay.
Suitable for babies approx 10 weeks old - pre walking
Mondays at 12:30

Wednesdays 11:00 - 12:00 Tiny Yogi's (10 weeks - sitting unaided)
Wednesdays 12:15 - 13:15 Mini Yogi's (Sitting unaided - pre toddling)
Newborn to 18 months
Book as a term, a remainder of a term or as a drop in session. £8.40ph for term bookings, £9 as a drop in.

Meet Sarah Cowley
Hey, I'm Sarah, I'm a mother of 2 and a yoga teacher at Sarah C Yoga.
I have specialised in pre and postnatal yoga for the past 4 years and also qualified in baby massage, baby yoga, tummy time and toddler yoga!
One of my favourite things is being there to watch little ones grow and develop, as well as parents grow in confidence with handling their babies and witness the bond between them become even stronger. Being a small part of this journey and important time in the parent and little ones lives fills me this joy and really makes my soul happy!
Stretch & Soothe classes are highly interactive and focus on the positive benefits of touch through baby massage and yoga.
Stretch and Soothe classes are designed to help you and baby relax and strengthen your bond as well as offering lots of opportunities to chat and meet other parents.
We incorporate songs, sensory play and social time within each session. We aim to help you and your baby leave feeling calmer, more connected and with new skills and knowledge for how you can support your babies development in fun or soothing ways.
