We are a part time Performing Arts School for children and teenagers which offers classes after school and on the weekends in the following subjects..Jazz Dance, Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, Drama, Musical Theatre, Singing, Gymnastics, Piano and Violin. We were established in 1991 and are situated in a community building with fantastic facilities, large studios, covid compliant and are proud to have a very cohesive teaching team. The school offers pupils the chance to train and participate in exams, shows, competitions and professional work....if they wish.We cater for children who want to come once a week to engage and enjoy all the way through to those who wish to go on to full time training at 16.
We are a busy, welcoming school that is well run where we endeavor to make all pupils feel supported, inspired and cared for.

Meet ANGIE WHITTLE
I have been involved in Dance and the Performing Arts my whole life. I trained at Bird College gaining my Advanced exams and teaching qualifications. I am a Licentiate of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance, an adjudicator with the British Federation of Festivals and President of England Dance Squad. After leaving college I performed abroad and in London before teaching at various schools including.Sylvia Young's and Pineapple Dance Studios before starting Westminster School of Performing Arts in 1991. I have a big family with 6 children and also 5 Grandchildren.
