Our Research
Working with The Education Endowment Foundation
Recently (2023-2024), we partnered with the Education Endowment Foundation to design and develop an evidence-informed approach called Happy Maths. The programme combines movement, music, and maths to support EYFS and Y1 pupils in practicing number facts, enhancing spatial intelligence, and reducing anxiety around learning maths. Due to the success of pupil engagement, we have woven many of these activities into the Dancing Digits curriculum. You can find the programme outline on the EEF Website here. Over the years, we have researched and developed a range of innovative learning programmes, including: Dancing Maths—a unique learning package for schools; a published resource pack for primary teachers; the Dancing Digits live show, which toured approximately 200 schools across the UK; and several creative science projects alongside other educational initiatives.
