Our Nature Makers classes are designed to be fun, educational and inspire creativity and mindfulness through nature inspired Art & Crafts. Every term we journey through the season learning about nature and the world around us through facts, nature play and exploration, related Art & Crafts and finish with a story about the theme.
Give your children the chance to get outside and have fun after a long day at school. Each week we explore a different theme through art, crafts, stories and games.

Meet Ruth
Hello, I’m Ruth your Nature Makers provider for Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Sevenoaks!
I am an experienced teacher, Forest School leader and artist. I live with my husband, 2 children, our cat & 2 guinea pigs. We are lucky enough to live very
near the local woods, so spending time in nature is a regular part of our lives.
Despite pandemic life being stressful and challenging for many reasons, it has opened my eyes to the joys of slow living. I have always been interested in mindfulness, art, nature and sustainable living and am looking for ways to bring this into all aspects of our lives.
I believe strongly that connecting with nature and exploring our creativity is hugely beneficial to children and adults. Our modern busy lives really don’t provide enough opportunities for this, which is why I chose to join Nature Makers.
I would love for you to join me to explore your creative side and enjoy the calm that being in nature can bring.
