Sweaty Mama is a unique and effective way to exercise with your child. No need to organise childcare, Sweaty Mama allows you to bond with your child whilst you undertake the workout, utilising their weight to intensify the exercise. Over the course of sessions, you gradually build up your fitness level and strengthen your core to rehabilitate your body after having a child. A fab, fun workout to upbeat music both you and your child will love!

Meet Bianca
Hi, I’m Bianca, the Sweaty Mama Franchise Owner and Instructor for Taunton and Bridgwater, and some other areas around Somerset. My home country is South Africa, I am a first-time mom, now living in the UK with little family. My daily routine for exercise certainly changed when I had my baby and my fitness journey now includes my LO and of course a journey I can share with new Mama friends! My dream is to uplift Mamas and females in a fun, exciting and healthy environment, all while spending time with our children! EVERY mama needs to feel supported and loved, and I hope all our mamas can find that at our classes and more. I cannot wait to create new memories with our mamas and babes!
