Stage Two Baby Massage

Continuing your massage journey with your little one, this class is more interactive. Using nursery rhymes and visual stimulus to guide your baby through the massage strokes. Stage One Yoga

An introduction to the many benefits of yoga for both you and your baby. Assisting your baby with simple stretches, that they would have naturally 'practised' in the womb, your little "Yogi" will benefit from increased core strength to help with important jobs such as sitting up! It is also very relaxing for baby and parents alike, assisting with the release of the love hormone, oxytocin.
