Our unique Panda Tots class is especially for youngsters aged 3 to 5 years, and is designed as a 'mum/dad-and-me' martial art themed activity class, with parents joining in with their children, encouraging interaction and sharing lots of fun together.

Panda Tots classes, developed and run by the fabulous Team Black Belt karate school, have been designed especially for pre-schoolers, and are great fun all whilst encouraging confidence, co-ordination and cognitive development.

Children are rewarded for their efforts each week by receiving a sticker to stick in their special Panda Tots sticker book. After every 6 stickers children then gain their next coloured 'belt' sticker and also receive a coloured wristband, echoing the grading system in martial arts.

Unfortunately parents don't get their own sticker book, but they do get rewarded with massive amounts of smiles ; )
