Our funky preschool diddi dance classes have been running since 2003 and are accredited by the Children’s Activities Association and endorsed by emdUK, which means you are in safe hands.

diddi dance classes are suitable for little ones aged from 16 months up to 5years old and are designed around the EYFS, which help our diddi dancers get school ready.

On arrival in class, you’ll find a warm welcome and a relaxed atmosphere. You don’t need to worry about your little one not joining in from the word ‘go’, but it won’t be long till you see their confidence grow, new skills develop, and new friendships made.

Our 45minute, high energy, structured classes are action packed and our mission is to get little ones moving, there is very little sitting down in class! Classes include dancing, dance exercises, action and counting songs plus props to dance and play with, such as hoops and ribbons.

You will find our classes are quite repetitive as this is proven to be beneficial to little ones, especially in growing their confidence, but each half term we change our dance theme. We cover a total of 16 different dance themes which include Hip Hop, Rave, Salsa, Jive, Bollywood, Rock and Disco! We encourage our diddi dancers and grownups to embrace our dance themes and get dressed up, but don’t worry if you don’t as we also provide a prop for the themed dance too, such as cool disco glasses, cowboy and cowgirl hats for Country, sashes for Irish dancing and fans for Flamenco, this really sparks little one’s creativity, imagination, and confidence.

Grownups take an active role in class, which our diddi dancers love and grownups too!
