Our progressive play programme supports children as they develop core physical skills. Using our colourful equipment, each session focuses on agility, balance, climbing and coordination. These early movement experiences encourage healthy development and help children grow in confidence.
Sessions are led by our trained team who guide children gently and encourage steady progress. For children under three, parents and carers join in so families can share the experience and support learning together.
The programme begins from six months, once babies can sit without support.
Six Months to Walking
Babies explore the equipment in a calm space. Activities encourage reaching, crawling and cruising, helping them build the foundations for independent walking.
Walking to Two Years
Confident walkers begin a simple equipment circuit with low level challenges. Hand held coordination activities support fine motor skills. Circle time with rhymes and action songs encourages early language development.
Two to Three Years
Children work in small groups and explore stations with slightly more challenging equipment. They practise balance, climbing and early problem solving. Learning to follow instructions and take turns supports social and emotional skills.
Three Years to School Age*
Children now join independently. Sessions build on earlier skills and introduce tasks that develop strength, coordination and spatial awareness. Staff guide each child individually to support confidence and school readiness.
Gymbobs (School Age to Seven Years)*
Gymbobs brings together everything learnt so far. Children take part in equipment challenges, simple relay tasks, team games and warm up activities that complement school physical education.
Please note that some centres may not offer Gymbobs classes. Parents must remain on site for the Three Years to School Age and Gymbobs sessions.

Meet Janine Harvell &
Janine, Katy & Louise are excited to have launched the Tumble Tots programme in the Salisbury & East Dorset area from September 2018.
Janine is an experienced Night Nanny, Proxy Parent, mum to three girls aged 5, 3 and 3 months and now a Tumble Tots Franchisee.
Katy is an experienced Event Manger and fitness enthusiast, mum of two aged 2 ½ & new born and now a Tumble Tots Franchisee.
Louise has a Military and Early Years Care and Education background, mum of four aged 14, 11, 10 and 2 and now a Tumble Tots Leader.
Having toddlers ourselves who love to climb, run, jump, dance & sing we wanted to find a class that ticked all those boxes, that we as parents could share with them. The Tumble Tots programme does exactly that along with building confidence and self-esteem, it helps children to develop essential skills including agility, balance, climbing and coordination all in a fun and vibrant way.
Our classes are currently being held in Colehill, Wimborne on a Monday, Old Sarum, Salisbury on a Tuesday and Verwood, Dorset on a Thursday.
If you would like to find out more about us or about the centres we run, please do give us a call on 07912 218910 or alternatively e-mail us on: tumbletotssalisbury@gmail.com
