Welcome to the colourful world of Arty Discoverers!
Arty Discoverers offer multi-sensory messy play classes to under 5s which are carefully planned each week to support the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Our classes are based on a different theme each week from Pirates to Dinosaurs to Princesses, children are encouraged to explore different materials using their senses in a safe and exciting way.
Everyone is welcome at Arty Discoverers, all activities are easily accessible for children aged 6 months - 5 years and at their level.
The benefits of messy play are endless! But here are just a few:
- Developing fine motor skills which will support tasks like writing, threading and tying shoe laces.
- Language development; introducing the wonderful new vocabulary around messy play,
- Building relationships and making new friends
Children learn best when they are actively engaged with their environment and use their senses to explore.
So whether your child loves using their imagination with the small world or excavating dinosaur fossils in the slime, there is something for everyone!
Halloween parties and Christmas special classes are also available!
