A creative, fun and educational class for toddlers and beyond where we explore yoga, breathing and live music through stories and songs.
Run by Lizzie, a qualified and experienced yoga teacher, and Emily (@instrumazing), an early years music specialist.
Wednesdays 11.15, at Foxfields Pavilion, NN4 5BE.
Includes refreshments and stickers (because who doesn’t love stickers).
This is a gorgeous class where we explore yoga poses, live music with lots of different instruments (as seen in the pic plus more!), stories, sounds and lots of fun!
Yoga is brilliant for developing coordination, balance and we’ll learn breathing exercises to help little ones to be calm. Music is incredible for brain and language development, and this class is a wonderful bonding opportunity for you both.
Perfect for walkers up to school age, but littler ones are welcome to join with help of their grown up. Discounts available for siblings. Can’t wait to see you there 💜

Meet Lizzie and Emily
Lizzie is a yoga teacher, baby and toddler swimming teacher and mum to a 3 year old. Her passion is in creating activities that encourage little ones to form positive relationships with their bodies, explore and have fun!
Emily is an early years music specialist who runs wonderful classes across Northampton and beyond. She plays multiple instruments and writes our songs...and has two beautiful dogs who sometimes help.
Lizzie and Emily met at one of Emily's classes. Lizzie loved the friendly, relaxed atmosphere that Emily created within her classes and knew that one day they'd work together on something special. Happy Clouds was born as a lockdown project and has blossomed into a gorgeous class!
