Bloom x Mama Movement 🤝💕

Join us on Sunday 12th July at LCDC, Musselburgh for a special mum & baby collaboration designed to bring together movement, play and connection in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

This one-off event includes 30 minutes of low-impact fitness with Mama Movement followed by 30 minutes of Bloom development class, with dress-up picture opportunities for little ones, creating the perfect balance for both mums and babies.

Mama Movement’s low-impact workout is suitable for mums who have been medically cleared to return to exercise by their doctor or healthcare professional following birth. The session focuses on gentle but effective movement to help rebuild strength, improve fitness and boost wellbeing, all while keeping your baby by your side. Erin will be on board to help with any babies on the move so mums can focus on the workout. Whether you’re easing back into exercise or simply looking for a fun way to move your body, this class is designed to feel supportive and accessible.

After the session, we’ll head over to The Secret Brew where coffee and cake are included in your ticket price ☕️🍰 Giving you the chance to relax, chat and connect with other local mums while your little one enjoys being out and about.
