WLDT Summer Schools 2026

Join West London Drama Training this summer for two exciting three-day performing arts courses, designed to develop confidence, creativity and performance skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Acting for Screen

3rd–5th August | Ages 11–18

Led by Ciaran McConville, this intensive course introduces young performers to the skills needed for film and television acting. Students will explore camera technique, script work, character development and audition skills, learning how screen acting differs from performing on stage. The course is suitable for both experienced performers and those looking to try screen acting for the first time.

West End Experience

17th–19th August | Ages 11–18

Led by Lizzie Bea and Aidan Watson, this exciting musical theatre course gives students the opportunity to experience the energy and excitement of the West End. Through singing, dancing and acting, participants will learn routines and scenes inspired by the hit musicals, Les Miserables and Hairspray, while developing their performance skills, confidence and teamwork.

Both summer schools run 10.00am–3.00pm each day and cost £180 per course. They are perfect for young people who love performing, want to make new friends and enjoy learning from experienced industry professionals in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
