Explore London Transport Museum in the heart of Covent Garden. Our exhibitions uncover the story of London and its transport system over the last 200 years, highlighting the powerful link between transport and the growth of modern London, culture and society since 1800.
We care for over 450,000 items - preserving, researching and acquiring objects to use in our galleries, exhibitions and other activities.
October half term
Where’s Wally? The Big Museum Hunt
Dates: Saturday 19 - Sunday 27 October
Location: Covent Garden Museum - start at stamper trail #1 on the Ground Floor
Explore, discover, play as you hunt for Wally around the Museum.
Start your journey by picking up a Play Trail from the ground floor by the cloakroom. Then make your way into the Museum and weave your way among our historic buses and trains as you try to track down Wally in his iconic red and white striped jumper! There are 10 different playful activities at different locations along the way for you to find.
Some of the activities you can look forward to include role play, eye spy, playing cards and activities to test out your searching and finding skills! You’ll also be able to take part in singing and storytelling throughout the day inside some of our special vehicles, some of which are not usually open to the public to board!
Part of the national Where’s Wally? The Big Museum Hunt, organised by Kids in Museums and Walker Books, to celebrate the release of the new Where’s Wally? book, Double Trouble at the Museum.
