Meet Amrit Dias
Hello, my name is Amrit and I started teaching Baby Massage about 3 years ago with the aim of helping parents to apply positive nurturing touch to their children from birth. I now provide a series of 3 courses from birth to pre-school age to enable all families to continue this journey as their children grow.
I am a mum to two amazing young boys and have descended from a long line of Indian mother's who massaged their babies from the day they were born. I am passionate about helping parents find a simple way to bond and play with their children as well as mother's wellbeing which is often over looked as they prioritise their babies, homelife and perhaps work over their own selfcare. As a mum of 2 under 2 I did exactly that and don't want other's to make the same mistake. Therefore my Baby Massage takes you on a journey from Baby Massage to Story Massage with the Wellbeing theme running throughout my courses, even if not explicitly stated.
