Our Holiday Workshops offer both open-ended process art and adult led activities. The teachers are there to help when its needed but more importantly, we are there to set up opportunities for the children to use their own ideas and figure out how to solve any problems that may occur when working on a project. Classes are designed to guide the children with techniques and teach them how to use different equipment and mediums – we carefully plan each session to encourage them to have a go at a variety of things.

We have a little outdoor space which allows even more Messy Play. Children bring a snack which they enjoy whilst sharing news, hanging out and listening to fun stories -a very important part of the session.

Meet sofia
Established in 2006, Art Barn is run by Sofia Randall and her team. Our aim is to build confidence, imagination and creativity with every child.
We all have lots of experience in working with children in either clubs, nurseries or schools and we all have a passion for doing art and crafts with children. Each week we enjoy encouraging children to maximise their potential with the activity they may choose to do that day at Art Barn.
