Baby yoga classes begin with a baby massage, with positive touch babies develop physically,
emotionally, providing quality bonding time. There are poses for parent and baby paying attention to
poses aiding colic, constipation and sleep patterns. Sessions are fun and relaxing in a safe and
nurturing environment.
Mobile Babies to 2.5 yrs. are taught at a faster pace keeping your child stimulated. This class is as
much about the adults having fun as it is for the child, with songs & rhymes toddler yoga classes are
very educational.
Pre-school classes focus on sharing and turn-taking with focus on speech, language and
development. Delivered in such a fun way making learning easy. Everyone benefits from breathing
and relaxation techniques with lots of snuggles and cuddles.
All our classes help parents to form friendships, building bonds at session is a great way to have
support when we need it most

Hi, I am the proud owner of Mitchy Titch and your local instructor for Liverpool and the surrounding areas. I am married and have two wonderful girls, age 13 & 15. I am a school governor and a member of the Liverpool Governance Forum & Liverpool Learning Partnership so lead an active, busy and varied life!!
After working in IT for 20 years and having my two girls, I needed a change!! I have loved yoga all my life and it has helped me through many a stressful day, so there was my answer! A children's yoga teacher!! I’ve never looked back, I love my job with a passion and the best part of all I get to spend my days with beautiful babies and children. In fact, I loved my job so much, I bought the company!
I hold baby & toddler yoga session at various venues/locations, including children's centres, nurseries & schools. I offer 1-2-1, group sessions or parties at the venues or in your home. Gift vouchers are also available for any of my sessions.
