And behind every Baby Sensory session, there's an incredibly detailed lesson plan backing up everything your baby touches, sees, hears, smells and feels
Baby Sensory provides ideas for creative play, massage, tummy time, movement, visual development, textures, scents and music in simple practical ways that can be easily repeated at home. We also use a combination of original and traditional songs and rhymes to develop early speech and language skills, and sensory signing activities to help you and your baby communicate from birth.

Meet Alana Cottam
Hi, I'm Alana and I am the proud owner of Baby Sensory Central Liverpool. I am originally from Enniskillen and moved to Liverpool to study a BA Hons in Early Years Education. I have been teaching in early years for 17 years both in Liverpool and Dubai. I am married with two beautiful children who both loved the wonderful world of baby sensory but their mummy loved it that much she decided to invest in the franchise. Watching how my babies learned and developed every week with all the exciting activities, I knew this job was made for me. I am an enthusiastic, fun and caring person with a passion for early years education, with the expertise to deliver high quality, engaging, educational classes. I am so excited to start my Baby Sensory adventure and be part of an amazing team!
