Baby classes with Beth in Lee on Solent
Tinies - A mum and baby (4th trimester class) from 6 weeks old - a beautiful combination of yoga movements, baby massage, rhythm and rhyme, postnatal movements and relaxation along with relevant topics discussed to this period to support you.
Wrigglers- A baby and carers class from approx 5 months - a beautiful combination of yoga movements using rhythm, rhyme and sensory props with a different theme each week to add to the surprise!
Cruisers - The next step up from Wrigglers - from 9/10 months which embraces the movement of your baby using rhythm, rhyme with sensory props and a different theme each week!
Booking in blocks of 6 weeks is essential.
A waiting list system is run and places cannot be guaranteed.

Meet Beth Broadway
I’m a mum of 4 lads, a Registered Midwife and a Perinatal educator (Antenatal and postnatal classes up to 2years)
The baby classes are just fabulous and support both mum and baby firstly ease into motherhood and the 4th trimester but then through each stage of development. The community aspect means just as much to me as the classes and I am able to offer monthly cuppa and cakes to anyone who attends or has attended any of my classes as this further promotes ‘your village’ your community which is so important to many new mamas.
