Hi everyone, my name is Clare and I happily live in Kilsyth with my husband Stuart, and our son, Dale. Every day Dale’s personality is shining through more and more and I love spending time with him watching him grow and develop into this loving and happy wee character.

I have previously worked in the hospitality and leisure industry where my most recent role was a bowling centre manager. Although I really enjoyed my job, after having Dale my priorities shifted entirely. I didn’t feel that I could continue in this role and wanted to spend more time with my family and to be there for Dale when he needed me.

During my maternity leave, I loved spending my time with Dale and interacting with other mums at baby classes. I saw that he really enjoyed the activities and interaction at these classes which made me want to do more for him and help him develop. I have a great group of friends whom I met through going to these classes and who all have been a great support for me and each other and I wanted to bring this kind of support network to the Kilsyth and Kirkintilloch area too.

When I saw the opportunity to bring Tots Play to the area I immediately jumped at the chance. Not only does it fit my priorities of having a more family friendly career and my ambition to have my very own business but also offers a unique, structured, play programme where you can experience activities such as massage, yoga, music, sign language and sensory play all in one place.

It’s a great way to spend special time with your wee one as Tots Play will also help boost their development through fun, play and lots of giggles, giving them the confidence to go out and discover the world. You will also pick up great ideas to continue the fun at home with tips from baby massage, yoga and signing and more– all great ways to continue strengthening your special relationship and bond.

I cannot wait to meet and spend my days with you and your the wee one and to be able to share in watching you both grow and develop in the classes and having great fun while doing so. The classes are set in a very relaxed, friendly and welcoming environment where you can meet other parents and share ideas and thoughts.
