We are passionate about science and we aim to inspire a new generation to be curious through our interactive classes.
Our theme tune’s opening line is ‘Science is all around us’, this reflects the ethos of the classes and encourages the children to think about and to explore the world around them.
Children have a thirst for knowledge and can understand scientific principles explained in simple terms with fun experiments in which they can touch, see and hear to help them understand.
If you can't come to us - we will come to you. To help keep you safe and supported during this critical time we are taking our service ONLINE! We will be running classes live in your living room, bringing our amazing sessions to you from our ‘virtual’ classrooms... you’ll even still get to chat to the other attendees too.
Classes are booked per household (no matter how many siblings you have joining in!)
Supply lists are sent out a week in advance of your class date to give you plenty of time to source materials needed.

Meet Hannah Nisbet
A qualified Primary School Teacher and a full time mummy to Alice aged 2, Professor Hannah has always had a passion for science. Hannah worked in a local aquarium for seven years and developed a love of marine biology and the natural world. Providing daily classroom sessions and learning experiences led Hannah to study for her teaching degree at Edinburgh University and work as a teacher in Fife for six years. Here she gained further science teaching experience with SSERC (Scottish Schools Education Research Centre) and became a leader of science development in school. Hannah then took some time to have her little girl and enjoyed both Baby Sensory and Toddler Sense classes where she discovered the opportunity to join Mini Professors as a class leader. Hannah also loves going swimming with her daughter, music (you might see her ukulele skills in class), playing Xbox in her free time with her husband and playing Dungeons and Dragons with her friends!
