The main difference between Mini Mozart and other music classes is that we only use Live Music and at least 2 musicians perform and interact with the children at every class. Parachutes, bubbles, instruments and puppets just add to the musical fun!

The teacher will showcase their musical instrument(s), so once your little one has heard and seen the clarinet, flute, or double bass etc, they'll get to touch too, whilst being accompanied by the piano.

But that's not all! Each week there's a different story, so we might sing Sleeping Bunnies to a snoozing hare in The Hare & The Tortoise, Wind The Bobbin Up to make The Emperor's New Clothes, listen to Mozart or Chopin whilst trying to catch some bubbles, or shake the parachute to the contrasting movements of Vivaldi's Four Seasons.

The idea of Mini Mozart is to get children actually listening and not just hearing; achieved as children interact with live musicians in a way that is impossible with recorded music. The course has been designed to introduce children to the concepts of pitch, rhythm, dynamics and tempo through fun games and exercises - with the emphasis being placed firmly on the FUN - so come and hear for yourself!
