Established in 2011, Busylizzy is a members' club that provides pregnancy & postnatal fitness classes, baby classes, talks & events for parents and their little ones.
Our programme of classes are tailored for new and expectant parents to enjoy both in the studio and from the comfort of your home online.
Pregnancy classes include Prenatal Yoga, Pilates and Vibe our signature upbeat pregnancy fitness session
Postnatal classes include Mum & Baby Bootcamp, Buggyfitness, Yoga, Pilates & Aerobics
Baby classes includes Baby Massage, Baby Yoga, Baby Music, Baby Boogie, Baby Signing and Baby Karma (our signature multi sensory session).
Busylizzy members pick and mix any combination of classes each week from the timetable. We've created a club that's friendly and flexible to suit modern parents who want to keep active and healthy throughout maternity leave whilst enjoying baby classes with little ones.
Studio classes take place daily Monday - Friday
Online classes are live streamed daily Monday - Sunday

Meet Joanna Gee
I’m Jo, Mum to one little girl, Florence, and owner of Busylizzy Herts! I was lucky enough to spend my maternity leave as a member of Busylizzy, it allowed me to keep fit and active, attend a bunch of fun baby classes, and make great new friends - all of which are invaluable as a new parent. I’m passionate about giving local Mums and Mums to be the same fun and positive experience. I’m thrilled to run Busylizzy in Herts and hope the club brings families many happy and memorable days, along with new friends to share this wonderful time with.
