I believe that one of the most powerful ways to create positive change in the world is to facilitate positive change in children, and with this in mind I studied psychology at university, specialising in parenting and child development.

For my dissertation I researched parent-child interaction, and discovered that current research clearly demonstrates the importance of parental warmth and responsivity in creating happy and healthy children. I found this so exciting, and it quickly became my mission to find a way to promote this.

My training with the IAIM was one of the most inspiring and affirming things I have ever done. I absolutely love sharing the wonderful things I have learned with the parents and babies in my classes, and it is a really special thing to be part of such special bonding moments. I feel incredibly lucky each and every time I look around my classes!
