Little dots deliver Baby Massage (suitable from birth to crawling confidently) and Baby Yoga level 1 (for babies 12 weeks old until crawling confidently) and Baby yoga level 2 classes (for babies 6 months old until 16 months old) in Norfolk and Suffolk. Our current locations are Bradwell, Gorleston, Acle and Oulton Broad.

Attending baby massage and baby yoga classes, with our IAIM and Birthlight accredited instructors, has so may benefits for both parent and baby. Some of which include aiding babies sleep and digestion, techniques to soothe colic and encourage relaxation and many many more wonderful benefits.

Meet Little Dots
Both Little Dots practitioners Kat & Nat are fully accredited baby massage instructors and trained with IAIM and Baby and Toddler Yoga instructors accredited with Birthlight.
We love teaching these groups, giving parents opportunities to learn new skills, have fun with their babies and meet other mummies and babies. Both Baby Massage and Baby yoga have so many benefits for both baby and parents.
