Description

Power walking with strengthening and toning exercises - everything you need to help shift the post-natal weight.Please note: Mum needs to have had her 6/8 week GP check before attending.Parking/Outdoors activity/Classes run all year round.

Tanya is also a personal trainer with specialist knowledge in post-natal fitness. Please call for further information.

Tuesdays (enquire about time)

Fridays (enquire about time)

Tuesday 9:30am to 10:15 - "Boxfit" class
Friday 9:30am to 10:30am - cardio, strengthening and toning class
