We are a non-profit organisation supporting expectant and new parents in their parenting journey. Being a parent is the most important job in the world, one which can be challenging yet rewarding. Everyone should have support on their parenting journey.

Nurture Baby and Me C.I.C was founded in 2021 by Nicola Craig to support families as many perinatal support groups and parent and baby groups had not reopened due to Covid-19 and families were facing additional challenges in the perinatal period. Nurture Baby and Me C.I.C was incorporated as a community interest company in May 2022.

The services we offer:

Practical Support

We offer a range of support sessions and workshops including breastfeeding preparation, starting solids, teething and tummy time.

Peer Support

We offer a range of free perinatal peer support groups including breastfeeding support, baby club, twins and dads/other parent support and care experienced parents support groups.

Professional Support

We offer a range of classes and sessions including baby massage, pregnancy wellbeing, parent and baby wellbeing, sensory and messy play, developmental play sessions and birthday parties and events.

All our classes are planned with age appropriate activities to support your babies or toddlers development. Sessions include using the senses, bonding and attachment, physical, emotional and social development, developing motor skills, movement, communication, early speech and language skills and support parent and baby wellbeing. All classes are relaxed and support new parents in their parenting journey.

We believe every family should be supported in their parenting journey and have access to parent and baby classes. We offer families pay what you can options and funded places on all our paid classes and sessions.
